Questions the Sages Ask
Everything you need to know before you buy or reserve.
When will my order ship?
Companion objects and the Spirit ornament are in stock and ship within 5–7 business days. The Diviner and Oracle are reserve items — production has not started, and reserved units ship in Q1 2027 after production and certification complete, with priority for early orders.
What is the difference between Spirit, Diviner and Oracle?
Spirit is a pure ornament — no electronics, just the obsidian turtle-shell form. Diviner adds a true hexagram LED display for offline casting. Oracle is the flagship: voice readings, golden taiji engraving, and Daily Oracle sync.
Do I need an app?
No app required. THE YI works standalone, with an H5 companion layer for the optional guided experience.
Why reserve the Diviner or Oracle now?
Reserving locks the early bird price — retail prices increase once production starts. Early orders also get priority shipping, founding member status and build updates, all backed by a 100% refund guarantee before shipping.
What if I change my mind?
Every order is covered by a 100% refund guarantee before fulfillment. No questions asked.
What is it made of?
